EBRD NEW CLIENT ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT PORTAL (ECEPP) FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES CONTRACTS UNDER PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS FINANCED BY EBRD LOANS AND/OR GRANTS MONITORED BY THE BANK
You may have seen a recent article published on EBRD.COM regarding the launch of a new EBRD Client Electronic Procurement Portal: http://www.ebrd.com/pages/news/press/2014/140701b.shtml EBRD would like to further update our Suppliers and Contractors on the launch of this new web application. Key Milestones First prototype - September 2014 Application Testing - October 2014 Clients Pilot Testing - November 2014 ECEPP Live Launch: January 2015
Why register on ECEPP? ECEPP will be rolled out for launch in 2015 and EBRD clients will then be able to use ECEPP for conducting procurement. Suppliers and Contractors anywhere in the world will be able to register and view and access tender documentation free of charge for contracts procured under the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules. Registered Suppliers and Contractors will also be able to: - Participate online in any tendering activities, including e-submission with EBRD Clients for the procurement of Goods, Works and Services Contracts financed from EBRD Public Sector Loans and/or Grants managed by the Bank - View Contract awards and list of prequalified firms
Who can register? All Suppliers and Contractors wishing to participate in Goods, Works, Services Contracts under EBRD Public Sector Loans and/or Grants managed by EBRD.
When to register? Further information on how and when to register on ECEPP will be sent once the system is operational
