Find out more on Friday, Aug. 15, at    approximately 8:20 a.m. EST as Jennifer Ortman,    chief of the Population Projections Branch at the U.S. Census Bureau,    discusses statistics about the aging population. Each Friday, C-SPAN's "America by the Numbers" segment features    information from the federal statistical system.
